Who We Serve
Medical transportation for every patient on Long Island
DachiPlus provides Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) across Nassau and Suffolk Counties for patients with different mobility needs, medical conditions, and payment situations. Whether you're a dialysis patient who rides three times a week, a senior who needs a door-through-door experience, a rehab patient on a PT schedule, or a wheelchair user who needs full boarding assistance — we're built for you. Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and private pay accepted. Call (516) 754-7777.
Not every patient has the same needs — and not every transportation company is equipped to handle every patient type. Below are the patient groups we serve, along with detail on how we specifically handle each situation.

Why DachiPlus
What sets medical transportation apart from a regular car service
Door-through-door service
Drivers come to your door — not to the curb. At the destination, they walk you inside before leaving. On return, they meet you at the exit.
Background-checked, trained drivers
All DachiPlus drivers are background-checked, drug-tested, and trained in patient-assist techniques for boarding and mobility device handling.
Medicaid credentialed via MAS
We are credentialed with New York Medicaid through MAS. Eligible members pay nothing — the trip is billed directly to Medicaid.
Mon–Sat, 6 AM to 8 PM
Early dialysis runs, mid-morning specialist appointments, afternoon therapy sessions — our hours cover the full range of medical appointment schedules.
