Why attendance is a physical therapy outcome metric

Physical therapy only works if the patient shows up. A 12-session treatment plan produces dramatically different outcomes at 11 sessions versus 7 sessions. Transportation barriers are one of the most common reasons patients miss PT appointments — and the missed appointments don't just affect outcomes, they affect your center's authorization utilization and patient satisfaction scores.

DachiPlus removes transportation as a barrier. When your scheduler assigns a recurring PT plan, DachiPlus matches it with a recurring transport schedule — same driver, same pickup time, every session.

Workers' comp and no-fault auto billing: how it works

For accident rehabilitation patients — motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, slip and falls — DachiPlus bills transportation directly to the appropriate carrier using the NF-3 (no-fault) or workers' comp billing pathway. The patient pays nothing out of pocket. The carrier is billed for each trip as part of the overall accident claim.

For facilities that work regularly with personal injury attorneys, DachiPlus can provide trip records and billing documentation that integrates with the attorney's case file. This is standard for accident rehab coordination on Long Island.

Recurring PT scheduling: how it works with your front desk

When a new patient starts a treatment plan, your front desk calls DachiPlus with the schedule: patient name, address, appointment days and times, and expected duration of treatment. DachiPlus sets up the recurring transport. For any scheduling changes — a cancelled session, a rescheduled appointment — a single call or text to dispatch updates the entire schedule.

For workers' comp and no-fault patients, we coordinate with your billing staff to confirm the carrier, claim number, and authorization status before the first trip. This prevents billing disputes downstream.
