Typical dispatch time from the discharge call is under 30 minutes for scheduled discharges, and under two hours for same-day requests depending on availability.
At the destination — whether home, another SNF, or an outpatient rehab facility — the driver assists with the handoff and notifies facility staff of arrival. For transfers to another care facility, we coordinate directly with the receiving facility's admission team if needed.
Recurring routes for SNF residents
Many SNF residents have recurring transportation needs: dialysis three times a week, weekly oncology appointments, regular specialist visits.
